Questions about My Cyber & AI Coach
Is this a 24/7 monitoring service?
No. My Cyber & AI Coach is an advisory service. It does not include monitoring, emergency response or technical work.
Why a six-month commitment?
Security improves through small, successive steps. Six months is enough to set priorities, follow them and measure progress with your provider.
Does the Coach replace an IT director or CISO?
No. It gives you a trusted advisor who knows your business and helps you decide, without the cost of a full-time position.
What if we have an incident?
We help you prepare your incident response plan before anything happens. During an incident, your monthly meeting can be used to take stock; emergency work is handled under a separate mandate.
