Validation with your IT provider
A meeting with your IT lead to obtain explanations, documentary evidence or demonstrations. No intrusive audit.
Leadership training - 2 hours
Cybersecurity as a management responsibility: governance, business risk, confidentiality, privacy law and internal accountability.
Employee training - 90 minutes
Phishing, fraud, passwords, MFA, information protection, remote work, devices and incident reporting.
Secure AI workshop - 90 minutes
How to use ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and other tools; what never to share; model errors; responsible practices.
AI acceptable-use policy template
A practical template tailored to the uses identified in your organization.
Prioritized action plan
Strengths, confirmed measures, risks to address, unverified measures, recommendations, owners, priorities and suggested timelines.
Closing meeting

We never state that a control is compliant or working without sufficient supporting evidence. Each finding is clearly classified:
- Confirmed by evidence - document, screenshot or demonstration
- To be fixed - gap found, with a recommendation
- Not verified - to be validated with your provider
- Not applicable - outside your context

Questions about the Shield
Does the Shield replace the former Shield Certificate?
No. The Cyberallié Shield is a new, shorter program focused on guided review, training and prioritization. It includes neither automated audits nor certification.
Will my IT provider have to make changes?
The action plan may recommend improvements. Implementing them remains the responsibility of your IT provider or team, unless an additional mandate is agreed.
Can it be done fully remotely?
Yes. The program is delivered online, with optional in-person sessions in Ottawa-Gatineau when useful.
Will we receive a certification?
No. We can provide a certificate of participation that precisely describes the engagement. It is not an independent certification or a guarantee of security.
